Blue Thunder drumline was on hand to get the crowd going, along with a meet and greet with Blitz, making the Hawk Walk a great opportunity to show some team spirit.

The festivities continued again on Jan. 17, when the second annual “Hawk Walk” celebrated it’s way down 522 to the 192 Brewery to the honk of many supporting car-horns.

Many people gathered at City Hall with Mayor David Baker to raise the 12th man flag as the Inglemoor High School drum line showed their team pride and entertained fans.

The walk went all the way down Bothell Highway to the bowling alley, stopping at intersections to wave flags and roar for the Seahawks at passing cars.

The “Hawk Walk’ ended at 192 Brewery for an amazing raffle full of great prizes provided by the Seahawks such as Seahawks hats, laser signed footballs, pint glasses and more.

Both events were organized by Lance “Bud Hawk” Hunt. The next “Super Hawk Walk” is planned for Jan. 31, to rally support for the Hawk’s RePETE Superbowl performance.
