The senior living community in Bothell formerly named Foundation House changed management and its name on July 1. The community is now managed by Leisure Care and known as Woodland Terrace.

“As Woodland Terrace we will continue to provide the same excellent service you’ve come to except from us over the past decade,” said Woodland Terrace spokesperson Megan Allender.
