Buildier purchases land near Wayne Golf Course in Bothell for new housing development

Toll Brothers, a luxury home builder, has acquired 36.94 acres of land in Bothell to develop single-family housing.

Toll Brothers, a luxury home builder, has acquired 36.94 acres of land in Bothell to develop single-family housing.

The site, located at 16106 Waynita Way N.E. in Bothell, was purchased for $8.7 million from MTB Associates LLC.

The vacant land was sold after the Toll Brothers obtained approval for preliminary plats on the site.

The parcels are located just east of the Wayne Public Golf Course and south of SR 522.
