The following is a release from the Washington State Department of Transportation:

Drivers who use the northbound I-405 braided ramp system at Northeast 160th Street and State Route 522 in Bothell should plan ahead for full closures and signed detours now through noon on Sunday, Oct. 25.

Contractor crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will also reduce northbound I-405 to one lane approaching SR 522 to install a new storm water drainage system, which is one of the final steps in completing theI-405 Bellevue to Lynnwood Widening and Express Toll Lanes project.

In addition, there will be extensive overnight lane and ramp closures in both directions of I-405 between Southeast 8th Street in Bellevue and Northeast 195th Street in Bothell from Friday evening through Monday morning.

Braided ramp system closures:

• 11 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, to noon Sunday, Oct. 25

o   Northbound I-405 off-ramp to Northeast 160th Street will be closed.

o   Northeast 160th Street on-ramp to northbound I-405 will be closed.

o   Northbound I-405 ramps to eastbound and westbound SR 522 will be closed.

o   Northbound I-405 will be reduced to one lane approaching SR 522.

Lane closures:

• Friday, Oct. 23, to the morning of Saturday, Oct. 24

o   Up to three lanes of northbound I-405 between Southeast 8th Street and Northeast 70th Street will be closed from 10:45 p.m. to 6 a.m.

• Saturday, Oct. 24, to the morning of Sunday, Oct. 25

o   Up to three lanes of southbound I-405 between SR 522 and Northeast 160th Street will be closed from10:45 p.m. to 8 a.m.

• Sunday, Oct. 24, to the morning of Monday, Oct. 25

o   Up to four right lanes of northbound I-405 between Northeast 128th Street and SR 522 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Ramp closures:

• Friday, Oct. 23, to the morning of Saturday, Oct. 24

o   The Southeast 8th Street on-ramp to northbound I-405 will be closed from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

o   The Northeast 8th Street on-ramp to northbound I-405 will be closed from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

o   The northbound I-405 ramp to SR 520 will be closed from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

• Saturday, Oct. 24, to the morning of Sunday, Oct. 25

o   The eastbound and westbound SR 522 ramps to southbound I-405 will be closed from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

o   The southbound I-405 off-ramp to Northeast 160th Street will be closed from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

o   The Northeast 160th Street on-ramp to southbound I-405 will be closed from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

• Sunday, Oct. 24, to the morning of Monday, Oct. 25

o   The northbound I-405 off-ramp to Northeast 160th Street will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

o   The 160th Street on-ramp to northbound I-405 will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

o   The northbound I-405 off-ramp to SR 522 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

o   The eastbound SR 522 on-ramp to northbound I-405 will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

o   The northbound I-405 off-ramp to Northeast 195th Street will be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
