Bothell kicked off the holiday season last weekend with a trio of public celebrations.
- On Dec. 4, the city presented its annual Winterfest along with the Vintage Bothell Wine Walk.
Winterfest featured children’s hay rides at the Park at Bothell Landing along with visits with Santa in the Lytle House.
Vintage Bothell offered wine tasting and holiday entertainment on Main Street.
Vintage Bothell featured wine selections from five wineries, and all proceeds from the event benefit the Bothell Arts Council.
Twelve Dickens carolers in full 19th-century costumes entertained the crowd.
- Over at Country Village on Dec. 5, there was a tree lighting and Santa’s “fly-in” arrival on a wire from atop one of the shops.
