The southbound lane of 98th Ave. NE, between Northeast 182nd St. and State Route 522, will be closed Dec. 2-6.

Atkinson will be working on reconstructing a portion of 98th Ave. NE for the Crossroads Project. Drivers trying to access SR 522 via southbound 98th Ave. NE will be directed to detour onto Northeast 182nd St., 96th Ave. NE, and Northeast 180th St.

Northbound traffic is allowed through the closure, although the lane will be narrow, so semi-trucks and other large vehicles should use an alternate route. Business access will remain open to both north and southbound traffic.
