The Snohomish County Department of Public Works is advising motorists of a single-lane closure on 228th Street S.E. and 39th Ave. S.E. in Bothell.

The closure is from Thursday, Jan. 24 until Feb. 28. Work will take place form 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with the lane closure and from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on the shoulder.

Reserve Canyon Park LLC has been granted permission to close one lane of traffic for a drainage system. Six-hundred feet on the west side of 39th Ave. S.E. and 800 feet on the north side of 228th Street S.E. will also be closed for frontage improvements.

Emergency vehicles and school district transportation will have access at all times.
