Dr. Richard Chan wants candy. The Bothell orthodontist will be offering $1 per pound for Halloween candy from 2-6 p.m. on Tuesday at his Bothell office.

Those who wear their Halloween costume will receive another $1 and an additional $1 can be earned for a minimum donation of two cans of food.

Chan will also have free milk and cookies.

All candy and canned food will be donated to local charitable organizations, military troops and food banks.
