Bothell city manager to join panel at ‘bridging the funding gap’ program Feb. 24 in Bellevue

Bothell City Manager Bob Stowe will be one of the panelists at the Washington State Alliance Program event from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Feb. 24 at The Westin Bellevue (600 Bellevue Way N.E.).

The event will focus on translating public to private and private to public partnerships: key benefits of bridging the funding gap and making developments work.

David Wallace, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) research scholar for economic development, will be the keynote speaker.

Wallace is releasing a book about retail public private partners, and this panel of regional officials will discuss post recession strategies to bring retail development to the market.
