Bothell’s newest Christmas tradition hopes to be Evergreen Lights, presented by Evergreen Community Church.

Featuring 45,000 lights on more than three miles of wire, the display is synchronized to more than 25 minutes of Christmas music.

Running for 40 nights, the lights will be visible from 5.30-10 p.m. every night until Jan. 1. A dozen volunteers, many from Boeing and Microsoft, have worked since July to create the light show.

The church also has free cocoa and treats for visitors. 

The lights are on display at Evergreen Community Church, located at 3429 240th Street SE, Bothell.
