Application submitted for Chick-Fil-A at Canyon Park

Bothell city staff have confirmed they have begun reviewing an application for a future Chick-Fil-A restaurant at Canyon Park in an old Denny's restaurant location.

Bothell city staff have confirmed they have begun reviewing an application for a future Chick-Fil-A restaurant at Canyon Park in an old Denny’s restaurant location.

While details from the city were scarce, 4G Development & Consulting, a California-based based company has submitted an environmental review.

According to a notice of application posted at the location the old Denny’s would be demolished and a new 4,529 square foot single-story Chick-Fil-A with a drive-thru would be constructed.

It would include 40 parking stalls and, according to the notice, create nearly 700 net new weekday daily vehicle trips, according to the notice. It is projected to be completed in 2017.
