Physical Therapists and practice owners Dr. Jeannett Penner and Dr. Justin Marshall, both from Snohomish County, opened Capstone’s eighth clinic, conveniently located in the Lakeside at Canyon Park shopping center, next to Woods Coffee on the Bothell Everett Highway.
Dr. Penner has been a physical therapist for 24 years; she is a board certified orthopaedic clinical specialist and geriatric specialist. Additionally, Dr. Penner holds speciality certificates in women’s health and manual therapy.
Dr. Marshall has been a licenced physical therapist in Washington State for 5 years and became an APTA board certified orthopaedic clinical specialist in 2020. He has worked with injured workers at Boeing; he also specializes in helping people rehab after surgeries and sports injuries.
