Students from Bothell High School’s Future Business Leaders of America recently spent a Saturday volunteering at Rivershores Mobile Home Park.
It is a long-standing tradition for the club is to volunteer at Rivershores, which is a mobile home park for seniors older than 55.
Residents are required to keep their outdoor living areas maintained and the FBLA stepped in and helped them with yard work that was too hard for residents to do themselves.
Services ranged from weeding, to trimming, to car washing.
Twenty students volunteered for two hours each. As a continuation, every month during the school year the FBLA will go back to Rivershores to help residents maintain their yards.
