The new home community Verde Bothell will celebre its grand opening on March 7 and 8 and is inviting the public for a complimentary tapasstyle, catered lunch from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Participants will also get a chance to view the five and six bedroom craftsmanstyle homes priced from the $800,000s.
The development is located in the heart of the high tech corridor. The first five homes, representative of the 16 unique floor plans and ranging from 3,500 to more than 4,600 square feet, are scheduled for completion this spring.
“Verde is the first, greenplanned community in Bothell and it is situated in the topranked, Northshore School District,” said Brian Eng, community sales manager. “It is also within walking, cycling or easy driving distance of the Eastside’s worldclass shopping, recreation and amenities.”
Verde Bothell is developed by Element Residential Inc. on the former family farm of Element Principal and Bothell Mayor Joshua Freed.
Verde Bothell is located at 14704 100th Ave. NE in Bothell
