The color pink is everywhere and has become synonymous with showing support for breast-cancer awareness.

Now, women can wear their support around the clock with the Pink Hair For Hope program, offered now through Oct. 31 at Elle Marie Hair Studio, 17917 Bothell Everett Highway, No. 102, Bothell.

For a $10 donation to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, anyone can wear their support by receiving a free pink hair extension.

The extensions attach to natural hair using keratin, the same protein that makes up natural hair, so there is no damage to the natural hair.

Pink hair extensions are applied on a walk-in basis and Elle Marie typically staffs an extra stylist during October to handle those walk-ins.
