Education and regional economic development will be the topic at a May 12 luncheon of the Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce.
A guest panel will include University of Washington, Bothell Chancellor Kenyon Chan; Cascadia Community College President William Christopher; Northshore School District Superintendent Larry Francois; and State Sen. Rosemary McAuliffe, D-Bothell.
The luncheon will also include the presentation of the third-annual Chamber Ambassadors’ Student Scholarship. One local high school student will be awarded $1,000.
The luncheon will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Courtyard Hall in Country Village, Bothell. Check-in and networking for the event will start at 11 a.m. This event is open to the public, space is limited and reservations and advance payment are required.
