Teen writers are invited to participate in Bothell Library contest

Let the writing begin. Teens in grades 7-12 are eligible to enter the Bothell Library's writing contest. Entries will be accepted now through April 30 at writingcontest@kcls.org. The contest has two categories: Short Fiction (up to 1,000 words) and Poetry (up to 100 words). The Friends of the Bothell Library have offered prizes of $25 for winners in each category, and winners will be announced at a Young Writers’ Coffeehouse at the Bothell Library on May 12.
