The Bothell High School softball team defeated Juanita, 9-7, on Tuesday at Hartman Park in Redmond.

The Cougars were led by Alex Farmer, who was 3-for-4; Megan Marino, who was 2-for-3; Leah Sailer, who was 2-for-3 ; Megan Powers, who was 1-for-2 with a double; and Olivia Aasen, who was 1-for-4 with a home run.

Cougar Brooke Powers picked up the win from the pitching circle, throwing two innings, giving up two earned runs and striking out three batters.
