Partial State Route 522 closure set for this weekend in Bothell

Along with road crews, Northshore drivers will have some work to do this weekend navigating their ways around parts of Bothell and Woodinville. Starting at 9 p.m. on Friday, crews will close both lanes of westbound State Route 522 from Kaysner Way to 102nd Avenue Northeast as repaving work in Bothell and Woodinville kicks into high gear, according to Patrick Conrad of the Washington State Department of Transportation communications division.

Along with road crews, Northshore drivers will have some work to do this weekend navigating their ways around parts of Bothell and Woodinville.

Starting at 9 p.m. on Friday, crews will close both lanes of westbound State Route 522 from Kaysner Way to 102nd Avenue Northeast as repaving work in Bothell and Woodinville kicks into high gear, according to Patrick Conrad of the Washington State Department of Transportation communications division.

One westbound lane will reopen at 6 p.m. on Saturday, with all lanes reopened to traffic by 9 p.m. Saturday. Drivers will follow a signed detour using Kaysner Way and Main Street during the full westbound closure.

In addition to the westbound closure, crews will close one eastbound lane from 9 p.m. Friday to 11 a.m. Saturday. During the closure crews will install a new bus pullout and upgrade the sidewalks.
