Kenmore resident earns Western Washington University scholarship

Western Washington University student Hannah Fast received a $750 William Wade Haggard Scholarship for the 2011-2012 academic year. The William Wade Haggard Scholarship is awarded to upperclassmen pursuing a program to teach mathematics at the elementary or secondary-school level. Selection is based on grade-point average in mathematics courses and participation in student activities.
