The Bothell-based Motorcycle Victims Accident Fund (MVAF) is having a $5 pizza coupon card fund-raiser with the assistance of Papa Murphy’s Take and Bake Pizza to raise funds for The Chantel Still Scholarship Fund. Papa Murphy’s will donate $4 of each pizza coupon card sold by MVAF and The Chantel Still Scholarship Fund.

Order deadline is Jan. 28.

MVAF is a nonprofit organization created in response to the tragic death of Chantel Still, 19, on July 27, 2007. The mission of MVAF is to promote motorcycle safety and awareness through education and reform.

MVAF will issue a $1,000 scholarship for higher education to a Juanita High senior female athlete who demonstrates constructive extracurricular involvement throughout the year. Scholarship awards like these are being provided to young high-school athletes to help them obtain their objectives of higher education, goals and dreams. These scholarships also allow Chantel Still’s name to perpetually live on through these young athletes’ success and achievements.

Scholarship-entry deadline is April 17.
