Kenmore’s Pokemon video game player wins at Spring Regional Championships

After a weekend of head-to-head Pokémon video game battles, Hayden McTavis of Kenmore earned the esteemed title of Pokémon Spring Regional Champion at the 2013 Pokémon Spring Regional Championships.

After a weekend of head-to-head Pokémon video game battles, Hayden McTavis of Kenmore earned the esteemed title of Pokémon Spring Regional Champion at the 2013 Pokémon Spring Regional Championships.

Held in Vancouver, B.C. on April 13-14, McTravis is among only five Senior Division Spring Regional video game Champions from throughout North America to earn a travel award to compete at the 2013 Pokémon U.S. National Championships this summer. McTravis will compete for an invitation to the 2013 Pokémon World Championships held next August in Vancouver, B.C. where they will battle for the ultimate title of Pokémon World Champion.
