Bothell Police Detectives are currently investigating an assault case involving a four month old infant.

Police were contacted by Child Protective Services on May 29 at 10 p.m. concerning an infant girl who had been brought to Harborview Medical Center with serious injuries.

Medical personnel evaluated the infant’s condition and reported that injuries appeared to have resulted from an assault.

The infant was later transported to Children’s Hospital Pediatric ICU for additional care and treatment.

This case is an active ongoing investigation.
