Country Village’s Christmas activities will begin at 7 p.m. Dec. 4 with Santa’s arrival and a tree lighting. Santa will descend from the sky on a wire in his real lighted sleigh and land in the Village Square.

A town crier will introduce the tree lighting, and the village will be decorated with thousands of twinkling lights and whimsical, animated light displays featuring a 40-foot sea serpent, fiddling pig, giant dragonfly, marching ducks and more.

From noon to 3 p.m. Dec. 11-12, Country Village will host its Cookies with Mrs. Claus event.
