Bothell resident garners accolades at ACMA tournament

Dawson Honey of Bothell and his teammate Brianna Schmidt, placed first in the national brief writing competition.

Dawson Honey, a sophomore at the College of Wooster and a Bothell High School graduate, competed at the American Collegiate Moot Court Association National Championship Tournament at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida.

Honey and teammate Brianna Schmidt, a first-year student, earned all-American accolades by placing first in the national brief writing competition.

Ultimately, five two-person teams competed at ACMA nationals.
