Monday, Feb. 19

Assault: A 55-year-old man was arrested in the 21600 block of 9th Ave. SE after his wife reported that he had assaulted her, which was confirmed by police after further investigation. The man was arrested and booked into Snohomish County Jail.

Sunday, Feb. 18

Domestic: A 51-year-old man was arrested in the 11300 block of E. Riverside Dr. 23 after threatening to kill his mother several times and for threatening to damage her property. He was booked into King County Jail.

Saturday, Feb. 17

Residential burglary: A 35-year-old man reported that his car stereo, which is approximated to be worth $1,265, was stolen from his garage in the 22900 block of 7th Ave. SE. It is unknown how access was gained, as there are no signs of forced entry. There is no suspect information at this time.

Theft: A 57-year-old man reported that his cell phone was stolen during a visit to a business in the 19800 block of North Creek Pky. There are no suspect leads at this time.

Friday, Feb. 16

Motor vehicle theft: A 41-year-man reported that his vehicle had been stolen in the 18200 block of 98th Ave. NE. The car was later located unoccupied by the Tulalip Police Department and was returned.

Thursday, Feb. 15

Vehicle prowl: A 46-year-old man reported that several items from his vehicle, including emergency supply bags, a backpack and a roadside emergency kit, were stolen in the 2500 block of 243rd Pl. SE. There are no suspect leads at this time.

Wednesday, Feb. 14

Trespass: A 34-year-old man reported that a 24-year-old female had made a shoplifting attempt at the Rite Aid in the 22600 block of Bothell-Everett Highway. The reporting party said the woman had placed several items inside a cart and was seen taking the items out of their boxes and stashing them underneath other items. She was contacted, and the cart was taken away from her. After she refused to leave the premises, the police were called. The woman was trespassed from the property by the responding officer and was informed that returning could make her subject to arrest.
