Louise Miller Johnsen, after living a wonderful life, passed away peacefully on her 96th birthday, in Kirkland, Washington, on February 16, 2018.

With a zest for life, she enjoyed gardening, golfing, boating, dancing, and rooting for the Huskies. Her favorite days were spent walking on the beach and watching Hawaiian sunsets with her beloved husband, Carsten. She had a special appreciation for the arts and fashion. But, above all, she treasured her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Carsten, of 78 years, her 3 children, Pat, Susan and Steve, their spouses, 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
