Permanent changes for Ross Road

Circulation changes were made to Ross Road in Bothell beginning May 9. The purpose is to decrease cut-through traffic through the neighborhood and return the roadway to primarily serving the local access only.

Currently, Ross Road is a one-way, westbound-only road from Beardslee Boulevard/112th Avenue Northeast to 108th Avenue Northeast. The city of Bothell is working with King County to implement the following circulation changes:

• A portion of Ross Road on the western end will be converted to a two-way road between 108th Avenue Northeast and approximately 1,000 feet west of the Beardslee Boulevard/112th Avenue Northeast intersection.

• In that 1,000-foot portion that is currently westbound, Ross Road will be converted to an eastbound-only lane creating no access for drivers off the Beardslee Boulevard/112th Avenue Northeast intersection.

Bothell to discuss Main intersections

City staff members and project consultants are seeking public input on these potential improvements during an open house from 6:30-8:30 p.m. May 28 at the Park at Bothell Landing’s Lytle House (9929 N.E. 180th St.).
