The city of Bothell launched a new website today with a customer-focused design and navigation tools, new features for online form and subscriptions to meetings and events calendars.

It is also optimized for mobile web browsers and will eventually allow users to pay bills online.

The system was tested by some 25 residents earlier this spring. The full transition to the new site may take up to 48 hours.

The city contracted with Civic Plus to redesign and host the new site.
