The following is from a Washington State Department of Transportation release:

Drivers heading to-and-from the Eastside need to plan for a significant roadway closures this weekend as State Route 520 will be closed. On 520, crews are completing maintenance, restriping, and installing tolling equipment. Crews are also placing concrete for the new West Approach Bridge North structure.

SR 520 Closure details:

· 11 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday: All lanes and ramps of SR 520 between 92nd Avenue Northeast and Montlake Boulevard will close.

· The on-ramp from Montlake Boulevard to westbound SR 520 will remain open.

· Eastbound SR 520 between I-5 and the off-ramp to Montlake Boulevard will remain open.

· The bicycle and pedestrian path on the floating bridge will close.
