The Snohomish County Department of Public Works advises motorists in the Bothell area of a single lane closure on 45th Avenue SE and 230th Place SE. The closure has been extended through Dec. 2 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Universal Land Construction Company has been granted permission for an extension to close one lane of traffic at the intersection to install sewer, water and storm utilities along with frontage improvements (asphalt patching, curb installation, sidewalk and paving) as part of the street restoration for the Talavera Ridge plat.

Emergency vehicles and school district transportation will have access at all times.
