First Congressional District U.S. House Rep. Suzan DelBene reported July 16 that her campaign raised $457,939 for the second quarter of 2014, the final full quarterly report before August’s primary election. The campaign also reported having $1.1 million cash on hand.
“It’s exciting how much support is building for the campaign. Our most recent quarter’s report demonstrates the depth and enthusiasm that will make the difference in November,” DelBene said. “As I travel throughout the district, I hear loud and clear that people want representatives who can break the gridlock in Congress. They want someone who will fight to create jobs, grow our economy and expand economic opportunity – priorities I’ve been fighting for since first elected. As we go forward, I will continue to work to deliver results that help working families.”
The campaign has now raised a total of $1,717,750 from 2,801 donors for the entire 2014 cycle. The report filed today represents the period between April 1 – June 30 of this year. The next report that will be filed is the pre-primary report due on July 24. That report will be the last comprehensive report before the Aug. 5 primary.
