The Inglemoor High School boys basketball team lost to Issaquah, 53-49, on Tuesday during the the first round of the 4A KingCo tournament at Issaquah High School.
The Vikings got off to a slow start, scoring just five points during the first quarter. The team recovered to play basket-for-basket during the second quarter but fell behind 38-28 by the start of the final period of play.
Inglemoor was led by Jalen Woodley with 17 points, while teammates Ryan Hamilton scored 11 and Jaxon Peavy had 10.
The Vikings move on to play a loser-out game against Newport at 5 p.m. on Friday at Lake Washington High School in Kirkland.
