The blotter feature is both a description of a small selection of police incidents and a statistical roundup of all calls to the King County Sheriff’s Office that are dispatched to on-duty police officers. Between Nov. 30 and Dec. 7, three thefts (including identity theft and fraud) occurred along with one assault, one DUI, six burglaries, two cases of driving without a valid license and one case each of stalking, found property, overdose, suspicious circumstances, trespass, a found runaway and forged prescriptions.
Nov. 30
Fraudulent charges appeared on a credit card.
There was suspicious activity inside a Long Life Retreat and Healing Massage, which has had it’s license revoked and should have been closed.
One ticket for driving with a license suspended was issued.
Dec. 1
Wooden pallets were stolen from a fenced area at Grocery Outlet.
A two vehicle collision along 68th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 181st Street resulted in one intoxicated driving charge.
Unknown persons claimed a victim owed the Internal Revenue Service $10,000, which they paid via a green dot Visa card, totaling a loss of $11,000.
Peoples Storage was broken into and a unit was burglarized.
Dec. 2
A threatening letter was sent to a resident of Coventry Apartments by another resident who had a history of harassing the victim.
A generator was found in a US Bank parking lot at 6460 Northeast Bothell Way.
A home was kicked in and jewelry and rare coins were taken.
A driving with a suspended license was issued.
Dec. 3
Jay’s Cafe had it’s glass door shattered and money stolen from the cash register drawer. A K9 unit was used for tracking but no suspects were located.
A burglary was reported in the 7400 block of Northeast 145th Place with suspects breaking open a glass back door.
A man is suspected of committing second-degree assault against his wife.
Dec. 4
A Wells Cargo Trailer was stolen from Core Medical Imaging.
A man was trespassed from St. Edwards State Park for yelling and screaming in the woods.
Dec. 5
A woman overdosed on prescription pills and was taken to Evergreen Hospital.
A vehicle was impounded after being parked on the shoulder of the 18500 block of 68th Avenue Northeast.
Dec. 6
A juvenile runaway was located and taken home.
Dec. 7
A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 7600 block of Northeast 196th Street.
A man tried use a forged prescription at the 18022 68th Avenue Northeast Rite Aid.
