As members of the state legislature work through the second special session, the deadline to come up with a new state budget looms. As of July 1, if there is not agreed budget, various portions of the state government will be forced to shut down.
The Office of Financial Management released a list on Thursday detailing which agencies would be totally closed, and what would likely remain open as part of a contingency plan.
While lawmakers have said they are close to an agreement, nothing official has been passed.
