Chef John Howie will host a cooking demonstration at the Toll Brothers Parkhurst new home community in Bothell from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Howie’s cooking demonstration is open to the public and will be held at Parkhurst’s professionally decorated home, the Enatai. The first 100 guests will receive a signed copy of Howie’s cookbook “Passion & Palate: Recipes for a Generous Table,” and all visitors will be treated to delicious small bites prepared by John Howie Restaurants.
Howie owns many restaurants in the Puget Sound area, including the Beardslee Public House in Bothell.
Parkhurst is located at 19229 112th Ave NE in Bothell.
