Members of TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) will be participating in an annual TOPS WALK on June 6 at the Landing in Bothell.

This event will include Bothell chapters and others from surrounding communities.

The TOPS walk is always on the first Saturday in June and chapters all over the USA, Canada and internationally participate.

The walk is a chance for those who want to find out more about TOPS to get more information. TOPS is a non-profit organization.

Membership in TOPS is $32 a year which includes a bimonthly magazine, TOPS books, programs, tools to help each other in efforts to make the changes needed to go back to a healthy long term life.

The event on June 6 is free to the public.
